Our goal is to ensure that you experience excellent customer service throughout your buying process with Juicernet. If for some reason there is a problem with your shipment, here are the recommend steps to get the issue resolved quickly.

Shipping Damage
DO NOT accept a damaged box, if the shipment arrives visibly damaged please refuse the delivery and discuss your options with the shipping company at the time of delivery. Send us an email immediately at or call 1-800-627-2886 alerting us to the damage and we will begin the process to get a replacement unit sent to you.

We accept returns up to 30 days from the date you receive your item. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective items. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item and is non-refundable. If item was received damaged or defective, we will waive the shipping charge and restocking fee and ship out a replacement or provide a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and include all original materials. It must also be in the original or similar packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or bank again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve checked and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
