Our juicers ship out of Jupiter, Florida via UPS ground.

Free Shipping:
Free shipping for all Juicers within the Continental US only. 
Shipping rates for parts will vary based upon weight and your location. 

Shipping Damage:
DO NOT accept a damaged box, if the shipment arrives visibly damaged please refuse the delivery and discuss your options with the shipping company at the time of delivery. Send us an email immediately at service@juicernet.com or call 1-800-627-2886 alerting us to the damage and we will begin the process to get a replacement unit sent to you.
